• 1.2. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, creating accounts, or using the App in any capacity.
• 1.3. Any attempt by minors to access the App, including misrepresentation of age, violates these guidelines and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities, per IT Act Section 67B (child-related content).

2. Profile Verification

• 2.1. We require all users to complete mandatory identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID like PAN or Aadhaar) during registration to confirm they are 18 or older.
• 2.2. Profiles that fail verification, appear suspicious, or are suspected of underage use will be flagged, investigated, and removed promptly.
• 2.3. We use automated tools and manual reviews to detect and prevent underage registrations, ensuring a safe adult-only environment.

3. Reporting and Blocking

• 3.1. Users can report or block inappropriate profiles, behavior, or content (e.g., suspected minors, exploitation) directly within the App using our reporting feature.
• 3.2. All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially by our dedicated support team, with priority given to child safety concerns.
• 3.3. If you suspect a user is under 18 or engaging in child-related violations, report immediately to support@areksoft.com. We will act swiftly to investigate and remove such accounts.
• 3.4. We cooperate fully with law enforcement, reporting violations per POCSO Act Section 19 (mandatory reporting) and IT Act Section 67B.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

• 4.1. We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit user consent, per DPDP Act requirements.
• 4.2. Location data is protected, encrypted, and shared only with your explicit permission via App settings—minors’ data is never collected knowingly.
• 4.3. If underage usage is detected, all associated data will be deleted immediately, and no retention will occur except as required by law.
• 4.4. We implement strict security measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to safeguard all user data, per IT Rules, 2011, Section 43A.

5. Parental Guidance

• 5.1. Parents are strongly advised to educate their children about online safety, emphasizing that Crush and Hug is an adult-only platform.
• 5.2. Encourage open conversations about the risks of online platforms, including identity theft, exploitation, and inappropriate content.
• 5.3. Parents should monitor device usage and restrict access to the App on children’s devices using parental controls or app-blocking tools.
• 5.4. If you suspect your child has accessed the App, contact support@areksoft.com immediately for assistance.

6. Prohibited Activities Involving Children

• 6.1. Sharing, requesting, or posting content involving minors (e.g., photos, videos, messages) is strictly prohibited, per POCSO Act Section 14.
• 6.2. Any attempt to exploit, groom, or engage with minors—directly or indirectly—will result in immediate account bans and reporting to authorities, per POCSO Act Section 17 (abetment).
• 6.3. Users must not encourage or facilitate underage access to the App, including providing login credentials to minors.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

• 7.1. Violations of these guidelines, especially those endangering children, will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior warning.
• 7.2. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts suspected of underage use or child-related misconduct pending investigation.
• 7.3. Serious offenses will be reported to law enforcement within 24 hours, per POCSO Act Section 20 (failure to report is an offense).
